Momin Khan Beltoon is an Afghan singer from Kabul Province, Afghanistan. Beltoon was born in Khurd Kabul village of Khaki Jabbar District, Kabul. However, he spent most of his life in Logar Province of Afghanistan.

Beltoon is one of the most famous and influential folkloric singers. His songs are very traditional and played all over Afghanistan.
